USER AGREEMENT

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") governs the use of the ODOS AI software (hereinafter — the "Platform"). 1.2. The owner of the Platform is ODOS Group (hereinafter — the "Rights Holder"). 1.3. By using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement. 1.4. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the Platform.

User — an individual using the Platform. Platform — the ODOS AI hardware and software complex intended for vision screening, data processing, and generation of analytical results. Medical organization — a healthcare organization that provides the User with access to the Platform. Personal data — information relating to the User in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3.1. The Platform is intended for vision screening and automated analysis of examination results. 3.2. Results generated by the Platform are informational and auxiliary in nature. 3.3. The Platform does not replace a physician's consultation, diagnosis, or treatment prescription. 3.4. The final medical conclusion is made exclusively by a healthcare professional.

4.1. The User undertakes to provide accurate information. 4.2. The User undertakes not to take actions aimed at: • disrupting the operation of the Platform; • obtaining unauthorized access to data; • distributing malicious software; • violating the rights of third parties. 4.3. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

5.1. Personal data are processed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Platform's Privacy Policy. 5.2. The User consents to the processing of personal data to the extent necessary for: • conducting screening; • generating examination results; • storing medical information; • ensuring the operation of the Platform. 5.3. The User agrees that data may be processed using artificial intelligence algorithms. 5.4. Personal data may be transferred to the medical organization that examines the User.

6.1. All exclusive rights to the Platform, program code, artificial intelligence algorithms, databases, interfaces, and other intellectual property objects belong to the Rights Holder or are used on lawful grounds. 6.2. The User may not: • copy the software; • modify the program code; • decompile or reverse engineer; • use the results of the Platform for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Rights Holder.

7.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 7.2. The Rights Holder does not guarantee the absence of technical errors, communication interruptions, or other circumstances beyond its control. 7.3. The Rights Holder is not liable for: • actions of medical organizations; • decisions made by healthcare professionals; • consequences of using screening results without a physician's consultation; • inability to use the Platform for reasons beyond the control of the Rights Holder. 7.4. The liability of the Rights Holder is limited to the extent established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8.1. The User undertakes not to disclose information that would allow unauthorized access to the Platform. 8.2. The Rights Holder takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information.

9.1. The Rights Holder may amend this Agreement. 9.2. A new version takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Platform, unless another date is specified additionally.

10.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 10.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. 10.3. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be considered in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
